Civility among persons who fish?

I went down a week ago and you can tell the low water flow is starting to affect the fish. They seem to be getting a little drawn out. I hope the levels come back up so they can get more spread out and not have to fight for food. And just say when and I'll let ya show me how it's done on the little bear fly style.
