Early Spring for Southeast Idaho?

Wow, nice healthy fish! I think the rainbows start regularly sometime soon. I know that they spawn just before the cutts. It probably all depends on things like the water temp but I don't really know for sure what the triggers are.

So far it really hasn't been a hard winter. Which is probably why winter is blowing in and reminding us that it is still here.
