Early Spring for Southeast Idaho?

Those are some really nice looking fish. I caught some rainbows down in Cache Valley yesterday that were fat with eggs. I also caught a couple that were long and skinny which makes me wonder if some of them have already done the deed down here. I would love an early spring, but the forecast for the next two weeks looks pretty gross.
