Mighty good post! I'm behind you 100%. I always pick up after the TRASH that leave their trash behind and if I see someone leaving trash, say something to them. Time was I'd get physical if I had to but now I just shame them & hope for the best. When I'm at UL, I usually strap my 9mm. on. Minimizes the BS.
