Berry Big Fish!

Hit the berry on Sunday (1.29.12). The fishing started out a little on the slow side and for the most part stayed that way most of the day. I did manage 7 fish, most were between 17 and 19 inches. The third fish of the day felt like a wiggling log. It took a few minutes to even get it up far enough to look at and several more minutes to get it to the hole. The fish ran the drag marathon a few times and had the up hand. It took a while to get the fish tired enough to get its head up the hole. Once it was out it was time to let the excitement out. 27.5 inches and 9 lbs. Took a few pics and got back to fishing hoping for another one but it was not to be.
Oh and if you think I’m posting this to brag, you’re dang right I am. This is the biggest cut I’ve caught.[:p]
