		I think bashing over one incident and giving the benefit of the doubt that everyone has occasional bad days may warrant an appology, but it appears many here have had similar experiences with these guys.  To me it seems if you choose on making your living in the service/recreation industry you would want to make your customers happy so they will return and bring their business $$ Doesn't sound like the kind of guys I would choose to deal with and would look at other options first.
