Twin Lakes warning !!!!!

As far as I know the reservoir is only fed by the canal on the south end of the south lake. If you look at it on google earth you can see the discolored water coming into the lake by the trees. They can either put the water into the lake from the canal above there or divert the water to the water users on the west side or if there is a problem on the canal and the lake is full they can dump the water into a drainage system called deep creek. Not to be with deep creek reservoir. The water is drained from the lakes and distributed to irragators only from the south lake.
My dad drug me down every road that belonged to the the Twin lakes canal company when I was a kid and my biggest fear was knowing he was going to drive in the canal at any time, because he never watched the road.
