The canal that feeds the lake is dry. I know this for a fact because I drive over it to get to the lake. They are not putting any water into the lake. The water that feeds Twin and several other resivoirs comes from Mink creek and additional water can be pump into the system from Bear river at the siphon from Oneida narrows. Twin lake water company owns and maintains that siphon and pump system.
