actually i havnt done any fishing since coming back to lewiston. 
ly i forgot a tape when i went to henry's and mackay. i did catch a brookie that was huge pretty close to 4 lbs. but i had nothing to meassure it with. i did have a tip up with inches on the side when i went to mackay so i used that i hope you will count it if not its not a big deal. like i said at the beginning of the contest im just happy to donate some $$$$$ to charity. the koke was 13 inches exactly i just couldnt get the tip up to lay flat. so if you count it under 13 that is fine also.
