Anyone know whats wrong with this fish?

It looks like its spawning for sure. Often when fish are in the spawn their immune systems are lower, so they are more susceptible to disease, and have a bit more trouble healing. Those may have been factors. A lot of the whitefish I catch this time of year look pretty roughed up. I always assumed it was from the spawn.
