Has anyone heard of Redmond Reservoir

Any ya'll ever try eating a pike? I gather they are pretty bony, but seen several U-tube vids with fillet techniques. Sounds like they have more of a steaky type of meat.

Never have caught a Pike, managed some Musky - and both can be big toothy aggressive fish to fight!
