well back home in sacramento. but wanted to give a report on my last day fishing there. got dropped of at 12:00 at rock creek off of shoshone st.. lights out fishing using pm spinners. biggest fish was a brown at 16 inches. and a few in the 12 to 14 inches.. was catching browns with a all gold body and blade pather martins.. then when i would switch to a red or pink blade with a black body then would hook up with mostly rain bows.
fished to about 4:00 with a guess of 40 50 fish. i worked the creek down stream till the bike trail had a closed sign on it.. found a lot of deep pockets and lost a few spinners in the trees.. best fishing ive had ever... will post pic of the 16 inch brown later.. well back to work dreaming of fishing.. at least the steal head opener hear will start the first of the year. thanks everone... browns where big but bows where small... ken
