we fished around hotsprings today and landed a few nice rainbows, seemed fairly slow overall however and I didn't see a lot of fish being caught by other fishermen. we ran up to moonstone and took a look at the end of the day and then over to the dam. moonstone has tons of holes drilled but there weren't any guys around to ask how they had done up there and I didn't see where anyone had drilled through the ice up by the dam, it looked slick on and not anywhere near as thick by the dam either so if you head that way take care and bring some ice cleats. headed back up tomorrow and we'll try a few more spots so i'll post again later. hopefully with a few more fish and especially some perch.
