Stability s great. The key is to have enough of an angle that issue's don't arise. When sitting in the tube you don't. Want the RSS straight up in the air. That will cause them to fall back on you. They need to be angled outward. You can see that angle on the first pic with the toon. For added stability a piece f poly chord can be see to wrap the underside of the holder and then come up from underneath the tube and attach to the top of the holder. Sorry no pic of that set up. I used it on my nephews tube.
