I'm not affiliated with anyone who works there at all. From what I've heard, they are A-OK. It's just my suggestion and what I would do. The MP is their home water, like almost their back yard. I've been hoping for a little warmer weather for a trip myself and I will take my own advise when I get the urge. Especially this time of year, we may need current info on they would do, like size & color in particular. This time of year I've found I need to change my focus a bit and give the fish what pleases them vs what pleases me to throw at them.
I've found any shop guys get a lot more friendly when you show them that you appreciate them by spending a little $$ before you start asking for all their wisdom. Ya gotta pay your dues for the info, and not just from the fishes.
