I believe the most recent is dated 2008. I dint think carp consumption is a big deal since I doubt a large portion of the population harvest them for the table. I persinally prefer channel cats in the size Tube Dude call cookie cutters. These are 15 to 18 in fish in general. The "Large Channels" that are listed as higher in contaminant are fun to catch but I usually let them swim away. A stringer of channel cats 16 or 17 inches long is dinner[laugh]
