I could of swore a few years ago Willard didn't accept state park passes. I rarely enter through the marinas. If you know Willard well enough there not need to pay unless your boating or camping. But the few times we did enter I remember show the gal the parks pass and she stated it didn't work here and charged us like 6 or 7 bucks.
