October 11-13th I'm planning a steelhead trip. Not really sure where to go or what to do...this will all be a first for me. Riggins, Hells Canyon, up the Salmon towards Stanley are all possibilities I'm just not sure where the majority of fish are?
I'll be roughing it in a tent for the weekend and will be fishing sunup to sundown from the bank.
If anyone can spare some advice I'd greatly apprectiate it. Also are there any campgrounds in the Riggins area that supply electrical hookups?
