[cool][#0000ff]There have been some disappointments in the wiper program the past few years. We would all like to have some of the wide open fishing we experienced previously. But it is all a game of numbers. When the new hatchlings are not available in sufficient numbers we have to accept what we get. No alternatives.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]There is reason to be optimistic for the future but that doesn't help what we will still have to endure for at least the next 3 to 5 years. It takes time to rebuild the population of big adults.[/#0000ff]
