I don't see any reason to separate boats from bankies. You can cover more ground with a boat, but it doesn't necessarily give you access to bigger fish.
As far as a time limit, I think six months would be the longest we'd want it. The two month periods would work too. I could go either way on that.
I think the tape measured pics are the best we can do. Then we'll put it to a vote in case of a discrepancy. I mean, it's only for bragging rights after all.
