Lewiston Confluence for Steelies

There will be construction delays at the top of Whitebird Hill on HW 95 all fall. I think ITD has hours posted on their website when the delays will occur. You might want to time your travel so not to get stuck for an hour. It's about four hours to the top of WB hill from Boise.
