I'd hate to play the race card but this is the 2nd time someone has stolen his stuff. Just a couple months ago some family was fishing and talking to him just to get close enough, then they said they were leaving so he said bye and turned his attention on fishing. They left and took his extra fishing pole that he had sitting there!
