Anyone fish Lowell lately?

I keep hearing about the equalizer, but where is this? I haven't been out on the lake since the water went below the smartweed a couple weeks ago, but I was thinking about heading out there in the morning, not real sure if its worth my time though. I usually only fish the south side or around the lower dam in my float tube.
