Pineview Fun 2 - 8/9
#10
Well now, a lot of questions, but all are good. Sparky is healed as of a few months ago and is acting like a 2 yr old. Makes me very, very happy.
Didn't take him with me to the Pine because of the flooded shore line and weeds. Probably would have been just fine, but I've become cautious in my old age. Sometimes he does get in the way when i have a big un on but I think it's a good trade off.
Newton has LM, perch and crappie which is an excellent forage for Tigers.
Now, as far as fishing techniques, I use senkos or wave worms, wacky hooked thru a o rng and just fish the shore lie the best i can, slow retrieving along the weed edges W/o any weight. Maniacs cutter bugs in darker colors is a good alternative. Split the tails for better action. Actually, I would have switched to em but I was just being stubborn and using what was working
Get that dog out for more fun for both of ya,!!
