Ill describe what happened, you tell me what fish it was....

K so I had a monster break me off at utah lake...since I had him on for over a minute I am 100% sure it was not a carp, it was too vigorous a fighter going one way then the other quickly...it was peeling line like no other and i made the mistake of tightening the drag a bit too far after fighting it a minute, at that point it instantly snapped my 12 lb fluorocarbon line...when it hit, it almost pulled me in the water from the shore and about doubled my pole over....it hit a spinner bait (white bass pattern)
