I swear people jumping fences to private land really pisses me off. As you already know Private land owners used that exact same excuse to support Hb187. Grrrr You did the right thing confronting him. Wish more people would understand were in the middle of a law suit to fight HB187 jumping, trespassing does not help the issue.
