If you are so passionate about this topic, begin by calling or writing your Nevada representatives, orangize a campaign to revise some of the archaic fishing regs, start a petition drive to get the required signatures and in two years go to Carson City to testify before the Nevada Legislature.
Perhaps you can make a difference.
Me? I rather be fishing...I'll live with the fishing laws as they are currently written. While they may not make sense, why worry? Life is too short and I'm too old to care.
