Thanks, I'll do my best to help. On my last Vac,I was in Laughlin,fished lake Mead.We stayed on some resort,I saw huge carp in the Colorado river along with some striped bass.I ended up catching a smallmouth on a live worm also couple of blue gill,I noticed more orange near the gills on them.As we pulled up to wakeboard,I saw a cat fish and a roadrunner on shoar.I did just one run on the wakeboard,but mostly,I wanted to fish.I floated out on a piece of foam with my fins,a catfish came up to me along with one smallmouth.I left my rod with the drag loose as I went hiking, told my cousin what to do if I got a bite.She sure did,on half a hotdog,She told me she faught it for a while but broke off.I was planning to float out on the foam and fighting the fish from there.I hooked a Kelp bass on that vacation offshoar,drifting through some Kelp,hooked him topwater on a 10"powewrworm redshad.I snorkeled some as well,cold water[fishin]I saw a bassboat,they told me fishing is better at another lake?I saw baby largemouth swimming with striped bass.
