i agree with you 4pound, there is nothing wrong with using cut bait for fishing, its just one of those dumb laws that actually contradicts itself by saying use of live fish or fish parts is illegal in the state of Nevada but its ok in the Colorado river system which is in Nevada, its just like the license regs, if u are 12 or over u have to have a license and a trout stamp to fish the urbans even when there is no trout in the ponds about 8 months out of the year, but there is no need of a license or trout stamp in the Colorado river system until one is 14. NDOW should print 2 separate reg books one for the state of Nevada and one for the Colorado river system. maybe it would be easier to understand then [fishon] JMO
