Problems with reel and line

dave t clown is right. it 's probley the line if not a mechianl problem. i find all the companies do is spool on junk hard mono line that just unspools and tangle to easiy. best reamdy for it is spool on a good line like silve thread trileane xl not xt the trileane xt will do the same thing its the super tuff line that has memory. if using a spinning reel constantly the xl can do it too. i think you own a spin cast which is very much the same as a spining reel just different terms . try respooling see if that works.
