The law is getting mixed up! You shouldn't have had to do time for his crime. The governments of the USA are getting to much power. They are there to protect us not the criminal. LOOKS LIKE THERE IS A BETTER WAY TO HANDLE THE PROBLEM IF THE LAW IS GOING TO BACK FIRE. I hope I never have the problem of some one vandalizing or steeling from me cause I don't really want to go to jail!!!!!!!!
