I spent a night in jail because I caught somebody vandalizing my boat. The police said I should have called them first instead of taking matters into my own hands (He 'fell' while I was chasing him and damaged his face on the asphalt [
][]) I would do it again if somebody touched my boat.
I'm sorry about your boat buddy, I strip everything off or out of my boat when I'm done. I have a prop lock, tm lock, coupler lock and still don't feel safe. Lowlife is right.
P.S. No charges were filed on either part but he was suspected of other vandalism and the police took it from there.
