California is probably the most widely copied state in many matters...including regulations on fishing, boating and float tubing. And California has some of the most restrictive regulations on tubing you can imagine. The combination of high population density, heavily pressured fishing waters and the concern over invasive species (quagga mussels) has virtually eliminated many waters from the list of those useable by tubers...and even boaters.[/#0000ff]
