Suckers - Kill or Throw Back

I keep any suckers I catch for cut bait for cats. Second best cut bait after squawfish, IMHO. If you hook it through the skin, it never comes off the hook unless you cut it off. It you get a bite but don't hook the fish, you can be sure your bait is still on the hook nine times out of ten.
