They also call them Hassa ,I've seen them caught by cast net in the truckfulls,then drive them,or ship them straight to New York,.They can stay alive for 2 days out of water.seen it myself,left one in my net by accident.Also they come up to breath air ,I see them in the glades all the time.I released some in my lake.You can see how to clean them on youtube.With "sizzors"
