I stopped by a few spots along the Weber River yesterday and the whole river as of now is completely unfishable, don't waist your time here.

I fished the Middle Provo on Friday and flows were great. However, the flow was 400 CFS when I fished it and now it is running at 1200 CFS so it may be blown out as well.

I would say the Green would be your best bet.
