Tried our luck again, here's how it went:
Sunday, 9/14- fished pm, what a beautiful day to be on the lake. Water was calm, conditions seemed right for great boil fishing. Unfortunately, we only encountered one boil near the mid-channel buoy outside of Government Wash. We pulled seven fish out of it. One at 4 1/4 lbs and another at about 4 lbs. (thats if you trust the rusty old spring scale we use). All other fish around 2 lbs. It's going to be hard going to the job tomorrow and thinking about the boils that are happening. I'm sure they'll all be acre-large without anybody on them. Can't wait until next weekend when once again, we'll try our luck.
