No not warm, but I am sure it is my inexperience as I do cook trout very rarely. MAYBE once a year. The Trout from H came out wonderful, but Trout from D and C up your way and Strawberry, well lets just say, they are what they eat.
The Trout in the Uinta's is always good too, but pristine waters there.
