You could try out this rig here. Use it with three hooks or two, adjust any line lengths to your liking. There are a couple ways to do it without using three way swivels, but I'm not exactly sure how to tie the knots needed.

I think its called a Hi Lo rig.

Or this two hook setup. Two hooks are less likely to get tangled up.
