I don't go to the high Uintas without this fly. It is a brookies favorite thing to eat and I have also caught some big cuts on it. It seems to work really well on those lakes when the days are clear and bright. Those brookies are usually not the most discriminating fish so a fly that is bright and floats well works best. Thats your mormon girl for you, on the end of tippet or behind a casting bubble. I like to think they call them the mormon girl because that red thread comes down and covers the hook like a long dress instead of the short ones most flies wear
