I knew there would be a three ring circus with an elephant. Looks like we now have the elephant in the room.
Here is a question for those who fish from the dock at Henry's. Have you ever launched or came into a dock loaded with people? I did in a tube. I know I am not going to lose control. Here was the problem for me. I had several guys popping flys next to me ears and face. I was worried that my son or I would loose an eye or get stuck. Even though I use a tube or a toon I still feel like I deserve to be able to use the dock without risk from dock fishermen.
A last note as a F&G reservist. Game laws are made to protect game and make the playing field even for everyone. In this case the law more about keeping the peace. The number of fish killed on the docks is of less importance than keeping the peace. Those of us that use boats need some space to get our boats in and out. I do hope that those that decide to follow rules only when someone is watching might have a change of heart. Rules are made to be followed not broken. Ron
