The lots of dinners pic contains my favorite size cats to keep from Utah Lake. I usually throw back the big males. I did keep one 10 pounder a few years ago. It still tasted great. Just had to remove the red tissue along the lateral line. Hopefully summer will show up since spring won't and I'll see you out there on the water!
