I did end up going. didnt do well. i took my 3 year old and ended up helping her more than fishing for myself. but we had a great time. the lake looked like it had come up a good 2 ft or more. I talked to another fisherman who said that there is so much water coming in that the weir on the north end is begining to wash out! I believe that bear lake has also been a joint license. meaning you can fish the entire lake with either license. i think that utah tries to do this with boardering lakes. Im not sure but i think flaming gorge might be the same way? Dont quote me on that.
