For $1.98+tax I custom make my own. I buy the neophrene exercise belt and 1/2" velcro strips at the 99-cent Store.
I cut the neophrene waist belt to the size I need and hand sew on the velcro hook strip with 2 lb fishing line. Since I don't have a sewing machine, I have to do it by hand. It only takes me about 10 minutes to stitch on the velcro while in front of the TV watching the fishing channel. [

I can usually get about 5-6 wraps depending on what size I need. The velco hook strip will stick directly to the blue fabric covering the neophrene without having to add a loop strip.
