New to tubeing

Well got my tube about 3 months ago and just now got to try it out. Takes a bit of learning but had a great day. Thought I was going to end up empty handed but caught a 4 lb. Blue cat that made my day. I have enjoyed reading the post about which fins to use. I bought a pair from Wal-Mart and they do fair but really hurt my feet. So looking at getting another pair so I can use the pool or swim shoes with it. As this is my first time in a tube except many many yrs. ago in one of the donut shaped tubes, I know that I have a lot to learn but if yesterday is a example of the fun.......Well I am hooked for sure. I love to fish and doesn't much matter what I catch but my most fun is catching the bigger catfish. Was worried what would happen with a big one but see where the tube acts as a drag also. And the ride is the fun part. Although this was a small cat it did give me a sample of what it will be like to hook into a big one. Hope to meet a lot of new friends and to learn a lot.
