Has the economy/gas prices affected your fishing trips?

I went about 2-3 times a week last year between April-Sept. But now, maybe once a week. Its $50 on gas each time with hauling the boat and what-not. Especially if our usual spots aren't biting, gotta run around the lake looking for fish. Even thinking about getting rid of the boat and just get a couple of used jet skis to fish with instead.
