[cool] I remember that Winterstorm 95' into 96'. I was traveling alot that winter through Detroit Airport. The plane always landed a distance from the airport terminal and we had to wait for a shuttle in -70 weather. Brrrrrrrrrrrrr. Although I am no stranger to cold weather. I did live for a few years in Utah and Idaho so I did have my fair share of cold winters, ice fishing and black ice on city streets while trying to deliver the morning newspaper on a bicycle.
During that winterstorm 95' we actually got down to 29 degrees her in SoCal. I know it doesn't sound like much compared to MN but when you normally have 60deg winters here, there are alot of homeless that were dying here because of lack of shelter. Sad, but true.
