[cool][#0000ff]I am assuming you are referring to #4 in the picture above. That is a "replacement" loop for the D rings that are no longer a part of the Fat Cats on the front end. They used to have a D ring in front and I used that to attach some custom bungee cords that I made to stretch across the seats...to hold on my fins, net, basket, etc. when transporting the tube. The original D rings were supplied for attaching their old style aprons...as in the pic below. But they have a new style now that does not require them.[/#0000ff]
