i dont know any of the percentages on oneida or alexander but i have never seen the bear run as high as it has been this year. We have a cabin on the river between preston and weston. And i moved our bench and lawn chairs up away from the river to what i thought was a safe distance and they were all under water last weekend i think the flow was around 2300cf.
here is the amount of water to still come down. this is mainly the utah side but still a whole lot of water.
