LOL practicing clearing backlashes is a BIG part of learning to cast a baicast, that is for sure!
Dont forget when you get a good backlash going, make sure to watch your line in the water, I aint BSing ya that is right when the big ones usually hit!!!
Sometimes even still I don't backlash ever, but will cast and then let the crank sit a minute and start cussing like crazy about an imaginary backlash... The fish will slam it thinking I am busy!!! Works like a charm
